  • 60+ days before retreat: Full refund minus deposit

  • 31-60 days before retreat: 50% refund minus deposit

  • 30 days or less before retreat: No refund available

  • Early departure/no-show: No refund available​

  • Dismissal from the retreat: No refund available

  • Travel insurance strongly recommended

  • Get a personalized quote through our recommended provider, Atlas Insurance

  • Coverage protects against unexpected cancellations and travel disruptions

Our Commitment to You

  • If we determine the retreat isn't the right fit and your application is not approved, you'll receive a full refund of your deposit

  • If we cancel due to minimum participation not being met, you'll receive a full refund

  • Full Legal Agreement provided during registration for your review
